Breathwork is the art & science of conscious breathing, in a variety of rhythms & intensities for specific outcomes. The Breathwork we share is a deep, diverse & integrated system derived from the ancient Tantric & Kundalini traditions of the Himalayas. Applications include calming & balancing the mind-body system, expanding consciousness, awakening & enlivening energy, optimising respiratory efficiency & CO2 tolerance, as well as accessing altered states & releasing stress & trauma from our bio memory.
What is Himalayan Breathwork?
Kriya is ‘action that leads us to evolution, expansion & liberation’. Kriya as a practice & sacred technology is referred to as the Yoga of energy. Kriyas can involve Breathwork, but are more complex, having specific intentions, visualisations, focus of awareness & can include repetitive body movements, mantras & mudras. Through the practice of Kriya, we activate vital energy, shift blockages & fast-track our healing & personal growth.

Our Breathwork Journeys are crafted to awaken and energise the body while gently calming and balancing the nervous system. Each journey weaves together Breathwork, Kriya, and movement, before closing with a restorative healing meditation.
You can join a Journey in a group class or book a private one-on-one session. Private sessions include a personalised 21-day Sadhana practice, designed to help you integrate your intention and deepen the benefits of the practices.
